| BYLAWS NAME 1.1 The NAME of the Local shall be "NABET-CWA Local 43" of National Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians, the Broadcasting and Cable Television Workers Sector of the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC, hereafter referred to as NABET-CWA. 1.2 These By-Laws shall supersede all previous Local By-Laws and Amendments. 1.3 These By-Laws may be amended at any time by a TWO-THIRDS (2/3) majority vote of the LOCAL EXECUTIVE BOARD, except as noted in Article 8.14(j) of the NABET- CWA By-Laws. 1.4 These By-Laws shall, at all times, be subordinate and subject to provisions of the Sector By-laws and the International CWA Constitution, as such constituted now exists or may from time to time be altered or amended and, in the event of any conflict, the CWA Constitution and the NABET-CWA By-Laws shall govern. 1.5 A copy of these By-Laws, or any additions or revisions, shall be submitted to the NABET- CWA Sector President as provided in Article 8.8 of the NABET-CWA By-Laws.
